Spanish soccer head refuses to step down for forcibly kissing player after World Cup win



The glow of Spain’s first Women’s World Cup championship has been dimmed by a cloud of controversy. The criticism has erupted around Luis Rubiales, the president of Spain’s soccer federation. During the on-field celebration, Rubiales grabbed midfielder Jennifer Hermoso and kissed her on the lips. Hermoso said at no time did she consent.
