  1. Again they underated Messi and said Miami would lose it's laughable these smug Americans are such a joke Messi is a football God coming down to brace the lowest of the low US ""Soccer"" ( FOOTBALL CALL IT FOOTBALL ) Miami are favorites to win MLS enough said

  2. I was rooting for Nashville knowing they wasn’t going to change the way they play just because Messi is in pink. Like Philly did. Nashville really represented themselves well and because they stayed true to themselves… this Final was 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Congrats to both teams putting on a great game. I loved the contrast in styles of play as well.

  3. Leonel Messi scientifically has defied the laws of Reason and logic.
At 36 years old he’s still giving professional footballers on a new league, new continent lessons in skills, strategy, vision, passing, scoring and how to treat your fellow man (team mates) and never outright think you are above anyone even though the whole observation universe knows that you are the Greatest footballer this planet has ever known.
This planet has existed for 4.6 billion years and we are so lucky & grateful that we are living & experiencing all his magic in the era of Leonel Messi. 👏

  4. Inter Miami could win a double (and are poised to reach the Club World Cup) as a team dead last in the league table.

Forget domestic league bias, club loyalty, and even whether or not you like football/soccer/futbol/Fußball/calcio. As a fan of sport in general (or even simply as a fan of drama), if you can't get with this, I can't do anything for you.

As for MLS haters clutching at any flimsy branch they can find in order to dump on this tournament…. just shut up. Fine, the quality is a notch below the best club competition in the world. But for the pure joy of football, it gets no better than this.

  5. To make the playoffs Messiami will need to win all 6 remaining MLS home games, AND win 11-12 points on the road. Any non-win at home means they have to win more road points. This is a level of winning over 12 games few, if any, team in MLS history has ever done. Would not surprise me to see them come close, but it is a tall order.
