  1. this seems easy enough even for noob like me, I just wish you (and everyone, I think people from Mediterranean do this) wouldn't call pasta "healthy". breads, pastas, and stuff like that, it's not healthy, it's poison, it's okay occasionally, but not all the time. also, if you were to eat it all the time, it would make you fatt, and nothing that makes you fat is good for you. you can eat all kinds of meats, fruits and veggies, and even fry everything on lard, and maintain your weight, maybe even lose it, as long as you don't eat bread, pasta, and potatoes. or refined sugars. yes, pasta is as healthy as refined sugar. maybe I'm the only one who's bothered by it…

  2. I’m so glad I found your channel. I’ve been cooking for my grandpa who has carotid artery disease and struggles finding food he likes that is healthy (he was a meat and potatoes kind of guy).

Your recipes have been a hit. 🙏

  3. We really enjoyed this dish…delicious, satisfying, and easy. Had to keep adding broth, though, because the noodles took 15 plus minutes to al dente. Served it with a crusty ciabatta loaf. Heaven!

  4. Maaan. I made this dish today and eating it after every second bite I couldn't help my self just saying out loud: "it's soooo gooood" 👍😍😀
Everyone loved it too! Thank you for this goodness! 💗

  5. I made this for dinner tonight. It was good! Not sure why my tomatoes didn't thicken or why my room temp yogurt sort of looked curdled. I will definitely make this again! 😋

  6. Definitely going to try ! ( I do not care for tuna salad- and until now, only ate tuna , in tuna noodle casserole !) This looks amazing- and so much healthier ! Thank you

  7. Made this for my wife for dinner tonight. Unfortunately after cooking we had to run to a 45 minute fitness class but we each had a big boy bite before we left. Holy cow I couldn’t wait for class to end to get to eat. When we got home we washed up real quick and had dinner. It was excellent. My wife isn’t a fan of tuna so I used an equal amount of canned chicken breast. I also used petite diced tomatoes with garlic and basil. It was very good. Can’t believe how much the spinach cooked down. This was a big hit and will be in my rotation regularly. Thank you.

  8. Mediocre at best. Very little flavor. I wish the comments would be from people who actually made the dish instead of nonsense. Don’t get me wrong I have made many of your delicious recipes and I love your channel. But this one was healthy yes but would never make it again.
