The two men had never met, but when they did outside an Ybor bar in September in 2019, it was deadly. Now, Justin Jasper is headed to prison for killing Dyante Neal with one punch.
In surveillance video obtained by FOX 13 News, Neal can be seen standing with another man outside Coyote Ugly in Ybor at 2:30 in the morning. Suddenly, Jasper shows up in the video and, seemingly without provocation, punches Neal — who never saw it coming.
Neal is seen hitting his head on the ground in the fall. Prosecutors say Neal never regained consciousness and died at the hospital of severe head trauma.

How amazing that he gets such a short sentence for murder! He'll get out in a couple of years for good behavior! This happens a lot more than we know about and is why our society is collapsing, not all the political crap that comes out of the media!

Respectfully there's a lotta people in this comment section with walnut IQ. I've been in a lotta fights and some of them were completely on sight they said buddy had an altercation with dude before this happen so when he walked up he punched him we don't know what it was about or what the dude did for all we know he coulda been banging his wife he wasn't trying to kill him he just threw a punch and the guy fell and hit his head on the concrete it's manslaughter not murder no deadly force was used it was just very very unlucky anybody arguing this and saying he deserves more than 7 years (which is definitely too long for something I'm sure will haunt him everyday till he dies) is a pussy who's never been in a fight had a real issue with somebody and lived a shelter ass life where they can call mommy or daddy to deal with their issues Rip to the victim and free dude condolences to thr family as well.
