I don't like how Vlatko has left off so many of our proven, tested veterans. These new players should have to beat out the older players. You used to have to earn the right the start. Vlatko does not seem to subscribe to that philosophy.

Midfield and Forwards: Sullivan, S and K Mewis, Horan, Lavelle, Macario, Morgan, Press, Pugh, Smith, Hatch, Heath. 22 total. First in if Injuries between now and then, Rapinoe, Sanchez, and Sonnett.

Alex Morgan is a superstar. The US Soccer Federation must integrate her into the national team. The fans demand it. Her only presence on the national team brings five thousand more fans into the stadium. It's my feeling that she is being purged by the federation, is she?
