I ordered A 2XL on ebay and the seller said it is 22 inches wide, which is the equivalent of large on Nike team ware jerseys

No, Nike is all about being environmentally friendly this year so a pointless box would kind of be hypocritical if they used them. The jersey came in a plastic bag with Nike printing on it and a price sticker. Also, I have another video showing an authentic Adidas Spain Jersey and instead of a box, it came in a Adidas Kitbag. Its pretty nice. Adidas is a more known for Soccer than Nike so im not surprised that their packaging is more fancy but you just cant deny Nike's clean style and designs!
These Authentic Nike jerseys dont come in boxes like the TECHFIT Adidas jerseys do?
