Those are the wrong sleeve patches, and the placement is wrong as well: It should be a purple Qatar 2022 patch on the right, and a blue "Football Unites the World" patch on the left sleeve. The patches should be applied higher up the sleeve for the USA kit, fully within the white segment, about a centimetre above the blue stripe.
At the World Cup, the white Qatar 2022 patch was used on dark kits along with a white version of the Football Unites patch. On white kits, the patches should be purple and blue versions.
That green "FIFA Living Football" patch was used for the Qualifiers campaign, along with a burgundy Qatar 2022 Qualifiers patch on the right sleeve, and there were no white versions of the patches for dark shirts during Qualifiers as far as I know.

The nike tick is backwards on one side cuz it is inspired by the nfl jerseys and that’s how it is on them
