22. I think not curse but player condition declining after 4 years. To win world cup you need experience player, prime age player, and rising young player. Griezman, Pogba, Kante, Umtiti, Varane perfomance this season really declining, in 2018 WC they are France backbone today France rely on Mbappe and (maybe) Tcouameni. If they can't previous Euro i think it harder to win 2022 world cup

23. The thing that prevents France from falling in the group stage is tge quality of the opposition, only Denmark is capable of defeating France, I dont think Tunisia nor Australia can do that. If instead of Tunisia it was Senegal or Morocco than France could very well stop at the group stage, but as things stand it's a bit unlikely.
