1. I have been saying this for a little bit, is this Chris Froome’s out, that will likely allow him to still earn his contract salary? I do think it is pretty insane that smaller races can earn more points deeper in the placing than grand tours.

  2. Remco crashed and such an event takes its toll. But he seems to be recovering. I think that at Sierra Nevada Roglic couldn't do better and his best bet was to explosively take some time AFTER he profitted from Remco's pace but he certainly isn't in top form to deliver a knockout blow.
In today's flat stage Remco had a flat tire during the (luclily) last 3k just of an ultimately eventfull stage when, Roglic attacked, but Roglic later fell in the sprint and was seriously bleeding… so the 8 seconds gain Roglic made versus Remco are probably offset by his injuries.

  3. If you're going to host a cycling show it would help if you knew the rules regarding relegation (JB and Lance). The show would be much more informative if it were just Johan and George.

  4. Zwift Academy – Yearly. Although its not a nailed on "full pro" contract as 2021's Male winner (Alex Bogna) actually only got offered a development team spot i believe. Gives you an even better appreciation of just how good Jay Vine is that he goes into the full team and takes GT stage wins after winning ZA in 2020.

The real shame is that the UCI Conti team in Austrailia that Jay Vine rode for prior to all this (Nero) along with two other real contendors for the 2021 ZA (Sam Hill & Cooper Sayers) has just decided to close up shop. They were clearly doing something right getting talent into the WT.

  5. Wout and Remco do not need to have conflicts for this worlds. Remco goes solo early which will put Wout in a seat. If Remco holds it till the end, he deserves the win. If he is reeled in, a fresh Belgian team let´s Wout sprint for it. To make this plan work Remco must be top and go from at least 35 km or more. The conditions: Remco must be alone or with weak riders. Wout does not chase him back, as long as he is upfront.

  6. J.B. – we do have laybor day in Europe. It's celebrated on 1st of May however it isn't a bank holiday in all countries of EU. – tagging you as Lance 'd never read this – I'm sure 🙂

  7. Hi, I am sending all my energy to Renco… he has been too stigmatised by hid results competing in the giro after the crash. here in la Vuelta he need to play better the cards. he should learn some hidden tricks for MAS for example… to make himself and underdog…

  8. J Vine did 3 Zwift races to get his contract. He says he has done a lot of mountain bike racing and is comfortable with Bike handling and being in the peloton.

  9. Hello, I'm a fan of the show, I've been watching them for a long time and I'm from Costa Rica, I've never connected, now, how is it possible that this cast is not in the show, Johan has homework left for you, Mario Sábato is fine but how can you put Víctor for GOD, please, I hope the program improves, I enjoy listening to them in English but I have to be reducing for my cycling friends who follow them in the program in Spanish. Please take Lance. Oh one last thing, stop defending the mediocre runner like Enric Más. Greetings from Costa Rica, Pura Vida

  10. Regarding the plethora of young talent, please comment on how important the teams are

For instance, as great as Tadej Pogacar is, he needs United Arab Emirates to surround him with a better team…..a team that can beat Jumbo Visma.
