I’ve NEVER seen someone put in work like Chase Carrera!!

Chase is a 12 year old soccer star with dreams of playing for Manchester United AND the US Men’s National Team in the World Cup. He MEANS IT too, and wakes up at 5:30 AM every morning so he can train. You ever see a 12 year old that works this hard?? You ever see a 12 year old that gets up at 5:30 by his own choice??? I didn’t think so!

We linked up with Chase to see how he works out, what motivates him, and more. He opened up about why he does what he does, what Kobe means to him and how he handles his haters. Chase is an amazing soccer player, but he’s also got a good head on his shoulders. And as you can see in the video, his work ethic is NEXT LEVEL. This kid just gets it.

If you wanna get motivated yourself, watch this vid, and then get to work on achieving your own goals!

Stay safe out there!!

  1. Here is this 12 year old kid who has rich parents to pay for his soccer and pay for his equipment and pay for his personal trainers first of all you don’t need to be lifting weights to be a good player soccer players are not body builders literally just 2 hours of ball work and ur good but anyways I’m off track. Here’s this kid that trains for 8 hours and his parents are rich and pay for everything and there’s most likely some random ass skinny Brazilian kid who is 7 years old and plays bear foot who has mad skills and that little Brazilian kid is probably better then this kid

  2. I have to break it to this kid this kid has the best work ethic and talent I’ve seen in a 12 year old he works harder than me but there is always someone one step ahead of you I trained non stop and tried out for an academy and i thought that it would be easy but it wasn’t a lot of kids especially in Europe are always gonna be one step ahead of you

  3. Prime example of why football in the US will never be successful. Football was made for the working class, played on the streets with kids who have natural talent. Being born with a silver spoon in your mouth doesn't guarantee you success.

  4. I feel like a twelve year old wouldn't say shit like this. He's gotta be lookin at lines or something. I mean,
"I'm my own worst critic when it comes to perfecting my craft."
Not sayin' that the kid wouldn't say that, but it doesn't seem natural to say that when just asked something like; tell my about yourself and who you are as a soccer player?
    Idk

Also, he can stfu about Kobe. My guy can't say nothin' bout him being his idol when he just fuckin died. I know he's just a kid, but c'mon. Have some respect.

Not tryin' to hate, that Kobe thing just got me a lil heated. Good luck to him.

  5. obviously he has an advantage over the other players with his coaches and what not, but in my country it is dark until 7 for a good part of the year. He seems like a skilled player but all it takes is one person to decide they want him out of the match. I feel he would have gotten to his peak for what his body is so I think he should bulk and get bigger so he has more protection in games. Dont get me wrong, he is very skilled. But its just not achievable by most people seeing as he has trainers, early light, parents will drive him, high division network and so on.

  6. Chace chace chace this kid has real talant all the haters dont bully him he did nothing to yall yall cant be mad at what god gave him yall better then him at something you workhard on and hes better than you what he workshard on so #endbullying
