7. Dallas lost that game when they clocked the ball after the Witten 1st down at the 40. They had plenty of time with :48 on the clock… no reason to waste a play there. Have a play called and give yourself three plays to pick up a first down. Instead they end up three yds short and have to kick a FG to tie. So not only did they not give themselves a, chance to score a TD instead of a FG… they left just enough time on the clock to let Green Bay get back in FG position. Jason Garrett always drove me crazy when it came to situational football and those kinds of decisions. I'm not saying they pick up a first down but they get one more down and run more of the clock.
